Delete your account

In the app

Open Account → Your data → Delete account. The deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. You can download a copy of your data from the same screen first.

By email, without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email contact@axonanalytics.net from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What deletion removes

• Your account and email address.
• Every scan, including saved thumbnails and the pricing results attached to them.
• Your collections and inventory.
• Your token balance and the ledger of tokens granted and spent.
• Your devices registered for notifications, and your sign-in sessions.

This is a permanent erase, not a deactivation. Nothing is retained in a recoverable form and there is no restore.

What we keep, and for how long

Purchase records held by our payment processors (Stripe, Apple, Google) stay with them under their own retention rules, because we are required to keep proof of transactions for tax and accounting. Those records are not linked to a Price×Point account once yours is deleted. Full-resolution photos are never part of this, since they are discarded after processing rather than stored.

If you have a subscription

Cancel it first. Deleting your Price×Point account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google — those are managed by the store, not by us. Cancel from your Apple ID subscription settings or from Google Play, then delete your account.
