What Price×Point is

Price×Point identifies items from photos or names and shows market price estimates built from marketplace and catalog data — listing prices, asking prices, and completed-sale prices, with links to the sources. It's operated by Axon Analytics LLC, a California company.

Estimates, not appraisals. Prices shown are automated estimates for your information. They are not professional appraisals, not offers to buy, and not a guarantee that any item will sell at any price. Identification is AI-assisted and can be wrong — check the linked sources before relying on a number, and use the correction tools when we miss.

Accounts, tokens & subscriptions

• One token prices one item. You're only charged for items we actually price — items we can't price, and scans that fail, are not charged (failed charges are refunded automatically).
• Free accounts receive a monthly token grant. Monthly tokens, from the free tier or a subscription, do not roll over: whatever is unused expires when the next month's tokens arrive. Tokens you purchase never expire. Tokens have no cash value and aren't transferable.
• Subscriptions renew monthly through Stripe and can be cancelled any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Tokens already spent aren't refundable; if you think a charge is a mistake, email us and we'll make it right.
• You're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; free-tier limits are per person, not per email address.

Acceptable use

• Don't abuse the service: no automated scraping of results, no reselling or bulk redistribution of the pricing data or the third-party marketplace data behind it, no probing or disrupting the infrastructure, no evading rate limits or free-tier caps.
• Only submit photos you have the right to use. You keep all rights to your photos; you grant us the limited license needed to process them and show you results.
• If you want programmatic access, use the Axon Analytics API instead of automating the app.

The legal core

• The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, Axon Analytics LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
• We may change or discontinue features, and may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We'll be reasonable; you be reasonable.
• These terms are governed by California law. If we update them materially we'll change the date above and note it in the app; continued use means acceptance.
