  • How it works — see the full guide for how scanning, pricing, and the different price types work.
  • Tokens & plans — one token prices one item. The free tier includes 10 tokens to start and 5 a month. Monthly tokens expire when the next month's arrive; your starter tokens and any packs you buy never do. Subscribe or buy token packs on the plans page.
  • Manage or cancel a subscription — subscriptions bought in the app are managed in your Apple ID settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Web subscriptions are managed from your account page.
  • Delete your account — you can delete your account and all associated data anytime from your account page, or email us and we'll do it for you.
